Our Kitchen

We present our guests Ladin dishes as well as delicacies from Italian and international cuisine. We prepare all dishes in-house with great care, placing great emphasis on the selection of regional products.

The breakfast buffet includes local products such as bread, milk, pastries, sausage and cheese, juices and fresh fruit. At dinner you have the option of choosing one of the two menus on offer, including a rich salad buffet.
Unfortunately we do not offer vegan cuisine.

For your meal we offer you a wide selection of fine South Tyrolean and Italian wines, which are perfectly matched to the respective dishes.
